Got questions? We've got answers.

Is WattSpot compatible with all EVs?

Yes. WattSpot is designed to work with all major EV brands. The Level 1 Smart Socket works with compatible EV charging cables, while the Level 2 Tethered Charger is planned to use a standard Type 2 tethered cable.

Can I recover charging costs from guests or staff?

Absolutely. When user-pays is enabled, every session is automatically tracked and billed to the individual user through our scan, plug in, and charge flow. Site owners never absorb guest, resident, or staff charging costs unless they choose to.

Do I need special permits or infrastructure upgrades?

In most cases, no. WattSpot is typically installed quickly by a licensed electrician. Many sites don’t require additional infrastructure or permits, making deployment simple and cost-effective.

What if I want to scale up later?

WattSpot scales effortlessly. You can start with a single charger and expand to multiple bays, buildings, or sites, all managed under one cloud platform with unified reporting, billing, and access control.

Future-Proof Your Business with WattSpot.

From Airbnbs to enterprise fleets, WattSpot helps you deliver simple, user-pays charging that guests, staff, residents, and drivers can use with confidence.
